About IEST

The Institution of Engineering Science and Technology (IEST) is a Leading Professional Non-Profitable Society bearing the Network of Professional Bodies across the globe, aiming to promote the study of Excellence knowledge through Research and Development Activities and Grants. At present, IEST bears a very large and an Effective Membership base who are Internationally Recognized for their Contributions in the area of Engineering Science and Technology. The IEST focuses on the Researchers and Innovators particularly from the deprived sections of the society. IEST inspires scholars to innovate for a better tomorrow.

Science and education are central to the Society’s purposes, namely development of the science and technology of engineering. Our mission is to advance engineering science and technology by conducting research and Promoting education and innovation in STEM domains.

Objectives

• To create awareness among the youth particularly from the deprived sections, about focus, strategies, process and innovations in field of Engineering, Science and Technology.
• To conduct interdisciplinary research that leads to development of the society and also to build a bridge between science and society.
• To develop international exposure among the members of the IEST, by the collaborative arrangements made with the developing countries and developed countries to disseminate the information to interested institutions and individual members of the IEST.

Mission

• To Focus on improving collaboration by conducting advanced level training programmes and guidance to faculty members, administrators, especially under privileged students to update their knowledge, skills and personality with an emphasis on Engineering Science and Technology.
• To be a bridge between the Institutions and Industries with Memorandum of Understanding certification programmes.
• To connect all the professionals, students and industrial experts through National and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops as sponsored technical activities, under the support of the respective each Engineering, Science and Technology Division in an effective manner.
• To build a platform for overseas institutions and professionals to mutually share and gain access to resources across the globe.
